Countries sending Paralympic Athletes to Athens 2004

136 countries were present in Athens, there were medals for 75 countries.

Some of the countries coming to the Paralympics for the first time are, Cameroon, the Dominican Republic, Myanmar, Albania, Cape Verde, Tajikistan, Andorra, the Central African Republic, Liechtenstein, Ethiopia, Uzbekistan, Gabon, the Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Senegal, Sudan, Tanzania, Algeria, Madagascar, Sierra Leone and Honduras.
