We, Paralympics.com, are completely independent.

We are based in Europe, with a global network of authorative contributors knowledgeable about disabled sport, most of whom are or were players in the sports they cover. Everybody connected to Paralympics.com is committed to our non-commercial status and gives their time freely and enthusiastically.

This site is optimized for a resolution of 800x600 and we like to think it is reasonably accessible. However, not all text size will increase when you change text size in internet explorer, though it should on articles pages. This is a design compromise which most news sites make and we acknowledge that we have done it as well...we recommend trying the Opera web browser as it overcomes this problem.
